Product Details
The STMicroelectronics VIPER222 is a high-performance and high-voltage converter. It combines a 730 V rugged power MOSFET with a PWM control. A high-voltage start-up and the current sense circuit is embedded in the device by avoiding the use of extra components in the BoM. The EMI is spread by the frequency jittering and it also allows the use of a small filter. It has a burst mode technique allows to obtain a very low input power consumption at light load.
