This RS PRO surge protector shields AC power systems from damage, degradation, and interruptions caused by transient overvoltage due to lightning strikes or internal load switching. This SPD offers a combined Type1+2 surge protection solution, providing comprehensive defence against various surge threats.
This dual-level protection is ideal for environments where direct lightning strikes and internal electrical disturbances pose risks to the AC power system. During application, our high-quality SPDs Type1 rating provides a high discharge capability, rated at 12.5 kA (10/350μs) per line and 25 kA (10/350μs) to earth. These ratings ensure reliable performance in high-risk environments and compliance with demanding surge protection standards.
