Securely wire your industrial machinery with this crimp terminal kit from Weidmuller. As it combines a stripping tool, a crimper and ferrules in one case, it gives you easy access to essential wiring equipment. The included components work with conductor sizes between 0.5 and 6mm², making this kit a versatile choice. The crimping tool allows you to form airtight bonds to minimise the risk of corrosion damaging your conductors. With this kit, you can prepare and join your wires in a single session to save you time and effort.
Crimped connections don't use extra substances to join your wires, leading to mechanically strong joints with long service lives.
Organised tool kits reduce the time spent searching for components and preparation time. This PZ 6/5 crimp kit contains all the components for cutting, stripping, and crimping wire end bootlace ferrules up to 6mm². The toolbox has 6 x A8 size compartments and 1 x A7 size compartments for convenient storage. These compartments contain a range of 3100 wire end ferrules with plastic colour coded collars from 0.5 to 6mm².
A Stripax stripping tool is included for use with conductors with PVC insulation from 0.08 to 6mm². A PZ 6/5 crimping tool is included for crimping wire end ferrules from 0.25 to 10mm². The toolbox incorporates handles so you can easily carry it around and provides you with a great range of terminal sizes ideal for everyday use.
This kit is ideal for cutting, stripping, and crimping wire end ferrules up to 6mm². Bootlace ferrules are used on multi-stranded wires that are being inserted into screw terminals and terminal blocks. Applications include consumer units, circuit breakers, electrical control panels and any equipment where there is a requirement for a multi-stranded wire connection.
