This vacuum generator is a Compact pneumatic ejector designed to create suction within automated systems. It operates with compressed Air to produce a controlled vacuum for handling and transfer tasks, and is intended for integration where a small footprint and straightforward pneumatic connections are required.
Supply and exhaust use push-in fittings with an 8mm pneumatic diameter while the vacuum port accepts a 6mm one-touch connection.
Use nylon, soft nylon or polyurethane tubing to preserve flow characteristics and ensure secure push-in connections.
The unit is supplied with a silencer accessory to attenuate exhaust noise during continuous use.
Both the pressure medium and ambient temperatures must remain between -5 °C and 50 °C to maintain specified operation.
A bracket is provided as an accessory to aid secure mounting within automation fixtures.
