Product Details
This pluggable contact block from Schmersal lets you customise your emergency stop push button to suit your application's needs. It connects to your push button to enable the rapid deactivation of malfunctioning machinery, helping to improve workplace safety. The contact block features a slow-action switching principle in which the movement of the actuator is correlated to the movement of the contact, giving you more precise control over your safety device. The contacts are labelled, making installation quick and simple.
An emergency stop push button is a safety device that immediately deactivates and isolates the connected hardware when pressed. Many emergency stop buttons feature a latching mechanism that prevents accidental reactivation of the machine until proper inspection has completed.
