RS PRO Platinum Resistance Thermometer Extension Cable 5m

Introducing the range of RS PRO Platinum Resistance thermometer extension cables, ideal for use as a general-purpose extension wire and can be used to extend 2, 3 or 4 wire RTD configurations. The material of this extension cable offers high flexibility and is waterproof.
Most commonly used with the Pt100Ω thermometers but also suitable with other types such as Pt130, Pt500 & Pt1000Ω.
This extension cable has 4 cores and is PVC insulated with 70.2mm tin plated copper conductors. The cores are twisted with polyester tape and nylon cord followed by a tin plated copper overbraid screen with a PVC insulated outer jacket. The PVC material of the jacket offers heat resistance to 105°C.
The cores are colour coded with 2 x Red and 2 x White with a black outer jacket and are supplied in 5, 10, 25 and 50 metre reel lengths.
