Need to connect a pneumatic system through a tank or panel? These bulkhead tube-to-tube adaptors from RS PRO are designed to create an airtight join between two lengths of pipe. This model has an elbow fitting for 90° angles and is well-suited to both nylon and polyurethane tubing. The fittings have quick and easy push-in connections at both ends, which makes installation and removal simple. Their bodies are made from high-strength polyoxymethylene (POM), a durable and rigid thermoplastic known for its good dimensional stability and low friction. This means it won't bend or break under pressure. The fittings have a nickel-plated finish, which makes them corrosion-resistant and protected against most contamination to help extend their lifetime.
Adaptors of this type are used in all kinds of automated processes that involve pressurised gases or compressed air. These include vacuum packing and spray coating applications.
