This nut from RS PRO has a wide rim at one end that serves as an integrated washer, eliminating the need for a standalone one. It's made of stainless steel which makes it sturdy, corrosion-resistant and durable.
The serrated face on the nut distributes the pressure on the other end. This provides ample traction and makes it less likely to loosen as a result of an uneven fastening surface.
