Product Details
This L-shaped printed circuit board (PCB) rack from RS PRO will help you store your PCBs safely during production and testing processes. It's designed to safely store 25 PCBs with a 2.4 mm distance between slots so there's no charge transfer between boards stored on the rack.
The rack itself is made from a conductive material that ensures earthing when placed on a grounded surface. This protects PCBs from encountering electro-static disruption which can cause irreparable damage to printed circuits. As it's stackable, it's easy to transport and store in production facilities for improved manufacturing efficiency.
The rack supports ESD S20.20 and EN 61340-5-1, which are the industry standard compliances for protecting electronic devices from electrostatic phenomena. It also conforms to EN100 015/1, meaning you can use it in controlled manufacturing environments to store and transport PCBs without risk of damage from electrostatic discharge. This ESD rack is used in research and laboratory settings, control rooms and IT manufacturing facilities.
