Product Details
Switch mode power supply with a battery charge circuit from the RS PRO range offers a quiet and efficient way to supply electricity to systems with a lower voltage output. It has one output and compact measurements of 320 mm length x 320 mm width x 80 mm depth.
The switch mode power supply uses a transformer to drop the high voltage DC from the battery source to produce a cleaner, quieter DC output voltage. The circuit board is encased in a hinged metal box that's only accessible with a key, and it has LED lights that indicate AC power, DC output, battery charge and low battery. It's CE safety certified (for European conformity) and provides deep discharge protection to prevent electrocution.
This product's open frame makes it straightforward to embed into a device. You'll find it useful for powering medical or laboratory testing equipment and signal processing equipment.
