This RS PRO duplex fibre optic adapter has a single-mode design and is suitable for connecting two fibre optic cables together.
Its high-precision alignment sleeve bridges the gap between lucent connectors (LC to LC) for reliable and optimised performance. The sleeve is made from a ceramic housing material to keep cables secure, while its lever locking mechanism prevents accidental disconnections. It has a 0.1 dB insertion loss, so minimal signal is lost through the connection and it delivers a high ability to reconnect.
