This wire protector from the RS PRO range of cable sleeves is capable of accepting multiple cables at the same time. You can use it in harsh environments as it provides excellent cushioning from abrasion. It also prevents electrostatic discharge from damaging electrical components.
This unit can operate at temperatures ranging from -65°C to +260°C so it will act as a heat barrier to wiring in hot settings. With a 99% optical coverage, the component is highly resistant to the kind of electromagnetic interference that can damage electronic devices. An internal former is supplied with the sleeve to help maintain its shape before installation.
The component is REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) compliant which guarantees its minimal impact on people and the environment. It's useful in applications such as electrical insulation and protection and in industrial electrical networks.
