The RS PRO USB dust cap prevents dust and water from affecting your USB (universal serial bus) connections when theyre not in use. It's made from tough thermoplastic and can be put to the test in harsh environments.
The black waterproof cap has as Ingress Protection rating of IP67, meaning it's dust-tight and waterproof, while its knurled casing makes finger gripping and tightening easier. Its durable chain can be attached to a panel to prevent the cap from getting lost. This component has a silicone sealing pad and is supplied with a thermal plastic rivet and screw cap.
