This RS PRO blank 15 way D-Sub connector is made to withstand wear and tear from the elements while keeping your connection free from EMI (electromagnetic interference).
Designed to reject very-high and ultra-high frequencies, this filtered adaptor has a 1000 pF ceramic capacitor at each contact point. It reduces EMI further thanks to its tin-coated steel backshells. Gold-plated turned-pin contacts make sure that your current is conducted reliably. A potted construction means the connector is fit for use in tough working conditions. Its RoHS (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) compliant, meaning it contains minimal levels of materials that can damage your health or the environment.
