This RS PRO flat washer allows you to easily affix your threaded fasteners on flat surfaces. It protects your objects as it creates a barrier to prevent screws and bolts from indenting or cracking the object they're fixed to.
Its brass body is naturally conductive, meaning the washer won't interrupt or stop the conduction of electricity and can be used for electrical applications. The nickel plating on the unit makes it resistant to corrosion so that you can use it on outdoor surfaces and objects. Stack it with other washers to create a spacer that adjusts the length of your screw or bolt and doesn't protrude through the object you're fastening.
The item meets the BS2870 CZ108 standards, which means it has passed quality testing for certain applications. You can safely use it in clocks, telecommunication instruments and decorative objects.
