This Cat7 cable is more long-lasting than older gigabit Ethernet cables and it's also durable enough to remain in constant operation. There's a hardwearing PVC (polyvinyl chloride) sheath to protect it from the knocks and scrapes of daily use.
The unterminated to unterminated lead is double-shielded, so it has greater protection against crosstalk and EMI (electromagnetic interference). This means you'll experience a better sound quality on videos and calls. It's typically regarded as having seven times greater performance than the older Cat5 cable.
