Keep your pneumatic system in tip-top shape with this service kit from IMI Norgren. It's designed for use with the B64G plug-in filter regulator (196-9792) and contains all the spare parts you'll need. If the filter element of your regulator gets dirty, you'll find a reserve unit in this set. A filtration size of 40μm means it can trap large particles in the airflow. The backup sight glass serves as a window into the filter bowl, letting you keep an eye on the condensate level.
A filter regulator works by removing contaminants from the airflow to keep it clean. It also balances the output pressure to make sure it's at the right level.
Before you do any servicing work on your filter regulator, it's important the air supply is switched off. You should release system pressure using an exhaust ball valve.
