Product Details
This kit from Molex is designed for power connection terminals in the ECO-160 range. The 18-piece set includes one 8-way connector and one 3-way connector with 11 crimp pins that make it simple to link directly to a motherboard. There's also a 4-way housing and 4 accompanying metal crimp terminals to ensure excellent conductivity and a reliable connection. The connectors in this kit are simple to install using the Molex ratchet crimping tool (450-391). They're reliably insulated to protect you from electric shock and can be used in a variety of industrial electronics applications.
Use the smaller section of the crimping tool to hold the rear section of the terminal in place and insert the wire, ensuring it's fully inserted. Next, press the crimper down and release. The wire end of the crimp terminal can be closed by hand and inserted into the connector.
