Use this push-button actuator from Festo to control manually activated valves. It has a mushroom push-button design that's used as an emergency stop, making it simple to halt your pneumatic processes in the event of a safety hazard. The component is made of a plastic material that provides insulation and protects against electrical short circuits. A spring mechanism ensures the button returns smoothly to its original position after being pressed. Use this actuator with any of Festo's SV, SVS and SVOS series of manually actuated valves.
This push-button actuator has an IP (ingress protection) rating of 40, meaning it's protected against tools and small wires greater than 1 mm in size. The plastic material is resistant to impact and corrosion, so it can withstand demanding environmental conditions.
