The Alliance Memory 16Mbit 5.0 volt-only Flash memory is organized as 2097152 bytes of 8 bits or 1048576 words of 16 bits, with data appearing on I/O0 to I/O7 in 8-bit mode and on I/O0 to I/O15 in 16-bit mode. Offered in a 48-pin TSOP package, it is designed for in-system programming using a standard 5.0V VCC supply without the need for a 12.0V VPP for write or erase operations. It is also compatible with standard EPROM programmers, providing flexibility for development and programming.
