Microchip MCP9509HT Series, Open Drain Output Temperature Sensor Switch, Surface Mount, ±0.5°C, 5-Pin SOT-23

The MCP9509/10 series of temperature switches are controlled by an external resistor with various programmable options such as switch hysteresis and output structure configurations. This enables the designer to customize their temperature control applications according to their requirements.
