Product Details
Keep your pneumatic profile cylinder running efficiently by replacing its old seals with this cylinder kit from IMI Norgren. The set comprises O-rings, piston seals and grease to make it quick and easy to maintain or upgrade your equipment. The O-rings are made from NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber), which is resistant to chemicals and solvents, so can be relied on in harsh conditions. It also keeps the cylinder air-tight by preventing leaks. The piston seals keep the piston rigid against the cylinder bore so it doesn't come loose under pressure.
First loosen all nuts to disassemble the cylinder and then gently remove the old seals. Clean the area thoroughly and lightly grease it and the replacement seals. Insert the new seals where required to keep your cylinder working efficiently.
