If you are a private customer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days. For goods, the 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day you receive your item(s). For services, the 14-day withdrawal period starts on the date your service contract begins.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us via our customer support team within the withdrawal period.
Once your withdrawal request has been received, we will acknowledge your request and process your refund.

When making your return, please include a copy of our delivery note with your return. You can print a label with the correct return address here.
If you miss the 14-day withdrawal period, your statutory right to cancel under the EU Right of Withdrawal will expire.
However, you may still be able to return the product or cancel the service if this is permitted under our returns policy or other applicable consumer rights, such as those relating to faulty, damaged, or misrepresented goods.
