Supporting Critical Services during COVID-19

Through this difficult time of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are continuing to monitor the global developments regarding the outbreak and are taking necessary steps in line with the World Health Organisation and government guidance in each of the countries in which we operate. We are operational today and continue to take orders. Our online and email orders and enquiries are open as normal. However, our phone, and live chat orders and enquiry lines are now only open from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. All of our delivery options are being continually monitored to provide you with the best solution. Our main courier continues to offer an excellent service globally and we endeavour to continue to serve you and get your orders to you as normal.

Export Paperwork

Our local chamber of commerce remains and are able to provide us with certificates of origin. If you are struggling to get this information yourself, we can provide this as an additional service. We also have the ability to provide online certificates of origin and other export documentation which other suppliers may struggle to provide.

3D Printing Farm 

We have developed a 3D printing farm in Corby, Northamptonshire, aiming to produce over 1000 PPE visor frames a week. The National 3D Printing Society have loaned several of their machines to support this initiative aimed at adding to the number of 3D printers producing visor frames for use by health professionals across the country. Working together we have the same goal; to keep frontline staff, health workers and patients safe. The N3DPS has a Just Giving page for any donations to help towards these costs. 

National 3D Printing Society Partnership 

We are proud to have donated 400kg of PLA filament to the National 3D Printing Society (N3DPS) as part of a new partnership between N3DPS, RS Components and DesignSpark. This donation will produce up to 20,000 visor frames for frontline medical workers. 

The N3DPS is a non-profit social enterprise who are donating 3D printer filament. Their distribution network ensures the community produced PPE is sanitised and safely delivered to those who need it.
