Product details
Wurth Elektronik WE-MAPI Series Shielded Power Inductors
WE-MAPI inductors from Wurth Elektronik are some of the smallest metal alloy power inductors in the world and feature an innovative design and construction. WE-MAPI power inductors are constructed from a magnetic iron alloy that allows high rated currents. With a lead free design, these inductors offer the best coplanarity and are highly reliable with no solder joints or welding joints. Low parasitic capacitances and AC losses are ensured by the optimal winding construction.
These magnetically shielded power inductors are capable of handling transient current spikes and have a high current handling capability. The protective coating ensures that WE-MAPI power inductors are reliable and robust.
Leadframe free design
Great core utilisation allows for high current handling
High permeability core material
Temperature stable soft saturation
Low leakage flux
Low acoustic noise
Product Application Information
WE-MAPI inductors are a compact size making perfect for use in the most modern equipment. Recommended applications include small-size, high efficiency power supplies and multiphase DC-DC converters. Other applications include FPGAs, microcontrollers and processors.
