Product details
RL78/G1F, 16-Bit Microcontrollers, Renesas Electronics
The Renesas RL78/G1F devices are 16-bit Microcontrollers from the RL78 family that offer high performance for applications where low power consumption is key. During 32 MHz operation, the RL78/G1F consumes a low 70 μA/MHz. Comprehensive power-saving modes means that standby consumption of 0.7 μA can be achieved.
RL78/G1F devices feature a set of enhanced analogue peripherals that tailor them to motor control applications. Peripherals include a programmable gain amplifier (PGA), digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) and a fast comparator.
Microcontroller Features
16-Bit RL78 CPU core
Maximum 32 MHz CPU operation
CISC architecture
High-speed on-chip oscillator – configurable from 64 MHz to 1 MHz
