nRF905 Sub-1GHz ISM-Band RF Transceiver SoC

The Nordic Semiconductor nRF9E5 RF transceiver SoC is intended for 433 MHz/868 MHz and 915MHz ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) Frequency band operation. It features the ShockBurst™ hardware protocol which also supports a serial SPI interface and is ideal for applications requiring long range operation. This nRF9E5 device includes an 8051-core microcontroller in a compact QFN32 package.
