IR gesture click mikroBUS™

The Click accessory modules plug into the mikroBUS sockets in MikroElektronika microcontroller development boards. IR gesture click has an APDS-9960 sensor which features an LED, four directional photodiodes and a gesture engine. The engine calculates the velocity, direction and distance of nearby objects while remaining immune to the effects of ambient light.

• APDS-9960 IR Gesture Sensor
• Can be configured to recognise contactless hand gestures
• Can be programmed to 'wake-up' when a hand approaches
• Can be set up for colour and ambient light sensing
• Intelligent power saving for handheld devices
• Programmable interrupt output
• Communication: serial I²C bus

• LED power indicator
