T502 Tantalum Capacitors from KEMET provide a high temperature surface mount solution. With the ability to operate in temperatures up to +230°C, these tantalum capacitors provide you optimum performance. The T502 series has a moisture sensitivity level 1 under J STD 020, with an unlimited floor lifetime at ≤ 30°C / 85% RH.

Qualified at +230°C at 0.33Vr for 1000 hours of life
F-Tech and 100% SBDS (patented Simulated Breakdown Voltage Screening from KEMET)
Gold-plated terminals as standard
Meets MSL 1 standards for Pb-Free assembly according to JEDEC J-STD-020
Voltage derating applies (67% at +230°C)
3 Sigma screening for iL, DF and ESR

Applications
