"Industrial" series - Plugs
Model with 3 to 7 contacts of 1.6 mm diameter in a size 1 housing, and 12 contacts in a size 2 housing in nickel-plated aluminium alloy.
Quick click locking system (1//6 of a turn).
The contacts can be taken apart and may also be crimped (pliers M 22520-1//01 and M 22520-1//02) or soldered to the connecting wires.
Tool ref. 5774 540 06 (stock no. 285-5161) is indispensable for fitting and removal of contacts.
The plugs in the ''industrial'' series are available in male or female versions.
Fitted with a square, rear connector, made up of two half-shells. This connector features three positions for identical cable connections, which are oriented differently and which may be used simultaneously. These openings may accomodate one or more cable grips (available separately). Unused openings must remain plugged by the original blanking plates.
Warning
All contacts must be installed in insulation (neoprene).
