TLE Series - LDO Regulator, Infineon

Infineon’s TLE product family of linear voltage regulators are designed for automotive applications. The monolithic integrated low-dropout voltage regulators have a fixed voltage output of 3.3V or 5V they are available in different package types. With input ranges up to 45V some LDO’s are capable of driving loads up to 450mA. Features may include short-circuit proof, integrated over temperature shutdown, watchdog circuit and reset signal.
