Product details

Infineon 12V LED Evaluation Board for BCR402W LED Driver IC

The BCR402 12V LED Board is a demo board for the BCR402W LED driving 3 x 0.2W LEDs in series. The PC boards have DC connectors at each end to create longer or shorter light arrays. To accommodate different applications more or fewer striplight segments can be added or subtract by simply connecting or removing the wires between the PCBs.
Typical applications for striplight PCBs include channel letter lighting, illumination of refrigerators or freezers in supermarkets, retail displays and in-vehicle lighting.

Features

Homogenous light output in different LED strings
Easy to implement with low component count
No sense resistor required for common currents like 10mA/20mA
Flexibility to adjust the current by external resistor from 10mA up to 60mA
Negative thermal coefficient protecting lifetime of LEDs
