Product details

Gram Force Dial Gauge

These analogue tension/force gram gauges are for precision setting of relay contact pressures, measuring starting torques of miniature motors and clock movements, quality control of microcircuit wire bond strengths etc.Centre reading dial permits measurements to be made in a clockwise or anti-clockwise direction and incorporates a secondary pointer which acts as a maximum indicator. Accuracies of ±2% of f.s.d. can be achieved provided the feeler arm is always at right angles to the direction of the force and the feeler tip only is in contact.

The beryllium-copper mechanism is housed in a diecast aluminium frame.

Conversion of gram-force to Newton has been done, using 1 gf = 0.00980665 N.
1 N = 101.9716212978 gf
