3M HE10 SMT sockets - N25xx Series
From 3M, this HE10 SMT sockets feature a low profile, space saving design. The exposed solder tails (on right angle version) provide ease of cleaning and reduced repair costs.
Features and Benefits
• High-temp insulation in accordance with JEDEC J-STD-020C requirements: withstands remelt temperatures and lead-free processes up to 260°C.
• Packaged as slotted rolls. The connectors feature a pick-up hood in high-temp resistant material. The roll is composed of black ESD conductive material with a 24 mm pitch.
• Contacts are visible, for inspection after soldering. The connector body does not mask the contacts, as when using straight through-hole connectors

These SMT conenctors feature center slot polarization that prevents mis-insertions and reduces insertion time. This makes them ideal for cost-effective and quick termination.
