Features and Benefits:

• All Weller soldering tips feature an individual galvanised ferrous coating. The solder area of the tip also comes tin-plated. This prevents any oxidation before the soldering tip reaches you.
• Constructed with a copper core, the tips provide the most effective level of heat transfer to the solder point.
• These tips feature a stable heat guarantee. They are incredibly reliable and can increase solder process productivity by up to 50%. This provides you with excellent cost efficiency and a great deal less rework caused by poor solder points or faulty tools.

Typical Applications:

Soldering is the process used to build a soldering connection by using the heated tip of a soldering iron to melt soldering wire. The soldering tips are available in many different sizes and tip shapes, dependant on the application they are being used for. They are used to melt solder wire to connect two elements or components together to create a permanent connection and are often utilised in an electronics or manufacturing capacity as they often need to be conductive.
